李奇南，男，博士，中共党员，讲师。2024年12月分别获得云南大学理学博士学位和比利时安特卫普大学物理学博士学位，曾获得国家留学基金委博士研究生联合培养基金。在Physical Review B、Journal of Applied Physics等期刊发表论文5篇。
